There are 51 states in the US. The states in the US are independent. Barack Obama is the first af ro-american president of the USA.
The USA became independent from Britain in 1783. The World Financial Center is a complex of office buildings located across West Street from the World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan in New York City. The U.S. dollar is the main reserved currency in the world.
Poland, Russia, Italy, England, Finland, Greece, China, Japan, Mexico. The only thing the Americans invented was the apple pie and burger king. Everything else was copied by someone else. Morse code, the nuclear bomb, bifocals, sewing machine, the revolver, and power tools. They also discovered Electricity. English is the official language of the USA.

    4)

Between 1776 and 1789, the United States emerged as an independent country, creating and ratifying its new constitution, and establishing its national government. The USA is called the country of immigrants because America is known for being a land where many immigrants come from. It is very diverse compared to other countries. Many immigrants came to America because they wanted to be free from persecution and poverty. Depending on where the immigrants were coming from, they all had different reasons for leaving their homeland.
In order to assert their traditional rights, American Patriots seized control of the colonies and launched a war for independence. The Americans declared independence on July 4,1776, raised armies under the command of General George Washington, forged a military alliance with France, and captured the two main British invasion armies. Nationalists replaced the governing Articles of Confederation to strengthen the federal government's powers of defense and taxation with the Constitution of the United States in 1789, still in effect today. - Jewish immigrants came because they were being hunted in Germany.
I don't know if America is the most tolerant nation, but it does have to be tolerant simply because there is more diversity than most countries. With the influx of people from other places, the US has more racial and cultural diversity than probably anywhere else. But of course that means more tension as well. An American invention that was barely noticed in 1947 went on to usher in the Information Age. In that year John Bardeen, William Shockley, and Walter Brattain of Bell Laboratories drew upon highly sophisticated principles of quantum physics to invent the transistor, a small substitute for the bulky vacuum tube. Native Americans in the United States are the indigenous peoples in North America within the boundaries of the present-day continental United States, parts of Alaska, and the island state of Hawaii. They are composed of numerous, distinct Native American tribes and ethnic groups, many of which survive as intact political communities.
But on the whole, I think America handles diversity as well or better than most other countries. This, and a device invented 10 years later, the integrated circuit, made it possible to package enormous amounts of electronics into tiny containers. As a result, book-sized computers of today can outperform room-sized computers of the 1960s, and there has been a revolution in the way people live — in how they work, study, conduct business, and engage in research. The terms used to refer to Native Americans have been controversial.
The United States has never had an official national language - and throughout its history many languages have been spoken along with English. A quick search on «United States official language» led us head-on into controversy. Many citizens feel strongly that the government should establish English as the official language of the United States, a view expressed in the mission statement of English First. Other Americans believe that linguistic diversity is a key aspect of our heritage. The USA is located in North America. The US Federal Government considers that a border exists between the United States and Russia, Cuba, and the Bahamas (in addition to Mexico and Canada). The economy of the United States is the world's largest national economy and the world's second largest overall economy, the GDP of the EU being approximately $2 trillion larger. The U.S. is one of the world's wealthiest nations, with abundant natural resources, a well-developed infrastructure, and high productivity. The U.S. is the world's third-largest producer of oil and second-largest producer of natural gas. It is the largest trading nation in the world. Its four largest export trading partners are as of 2011: Canada, China, Mexico and Japan.
